FINKI's proposed role is to support evidence review, approvals and operations. Lenders retain their own credit, pricing, waiver, default and enforcement authority. Counsel remains responsible for legal advice within the agreed engagement.
AI findings and drafts require appropriate review. A generated answer, scenario or approval preview is not proof that a transaction is legally permitted or has settled.
Accounts and payments
References to managed accounts or payment services describe software workflows and potential provider connections. This website does not represent Elbe Tech Invest ETI GmbH as a bank, deposit-taker or licensed payment institution.
The relevant provider, account owner, control rights, fees, processing times and any applicable protection must be established in the actual service agreements. Do not assume that a demonstration balance is a deposit or that deposit protection applies.
Tokenisation and investment risk
A token does not itself establish investor rights, liquidity or regulatory approval. Any proposed instrument requires review of the underlying agreement, eligibility rules, jurisdiction and service providers.

Confirm availability before use
Industry reference workflows, integrations and provider sandboxes are not the same as production-certified services. A live deployment requires a scoped review of legal, operational and technical readiness.
