Elbe Tech Invest ETI GmbH presents information about software for financing and capital operations. These draft website terms describe that informational use. Access to a demonstration does not create a paid subscription, banking relationship or commitment to provide financing.
Any pilot, platform subscription or professional service requires a separate agreement covering scope, fees, responsibilities and data protection. This page does not replace that agreement or establish it merely through browsing.
Product information and demonstrations
Screenshots and example projects illustrate workflows. They are not evidence of an actual funded transaction, a live account balance, a customer endorsement or a guaranteed result.
Product coverage depends on the agreed scope, jurisdiction, integrations and provider availability. Planned or reference workflows may require further development and review before live use. Confirm requirements with the team before relying on a feature description.
Responsible use
Do not submit unlawful material, malware or information you are not authorised to share. Do not try to bypass access controls, impersonate another person or disrupt the website.
Keep confidential project documents and sensitive financial information out of the demo form. Agree an appropriate secure channel before sharing them.
Content and third-party links
Website text, branding, software and artwork may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Visiting the site does not grant a licence to commercialise its content. Statutory permissions remain unaffected.
